You own your domain and DNS accounts. Pipdan may receive limited access to configure them for the work you authorize. Keep control of your registrar account and renewals.
Cancellation & ownership
The project order you agree to in writing sets the services, fees, and any project-specific handover details.
Cancellation
The written order sets the fees. The standard service terms provide for a minimum three-month term from launch, followed by month-to-month service with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Any different or additional cancellation terms must be set out in your written order.
Handover
On cancellation, you receive the finished website and a data export as set out in your written order. Pipdan retains its shared platform code and reusable components. The written order specifies the handover format, timing, and any agreed fees.
